Narrative Capital™: The Human Infrastructure of Enduring Wealth

Financial capital alone does not sustain a family across generations. Narrative Capital™ is the invisible infrastructure of enduring wealth: identity, belonging, memory, values, trust, and the stories that help people locate themselves within a larger legacy. This keynote explores how families can intentionally cultivate Narrative Capital™ to strengthen continuity, connection, and stewardship across generations.

Intergenerational Stewardship: Preparing Families for the Great Wealth Transfer

We are living through an unprecedented transfer of wealth, but stewardship is not simply a financial event. It is a human, relational, and identity-based transition. This keynote examines what intergenerational stewardship requires now: shared meaning, role clarity, communication, responsibility, and the capacity to carry legacy forward in a changing world.
