Using my signature 'Life Story Capture' process, I've developed a technique based on narrative psychology, active listening, and the science of reflection. I've listened to hundreds of life stories and lived life experiences, and I know the positive impact recording these stories can have.

Storytelling is an inherently social practice that fosters intimacy and connection with others. It's about remembering that we belong to each other. By sharing our experiences and wisdom across generations, we can build new bridges of empathy and understanding.
